Casting
We offer a full range of standard and custom cast products to meet our customers’ busines needs. Plus, with two cast houses in operation and a third facility coming soon, we’re positioned to become the largest American producer of high-quality secondary billet. Not only does this result in shorter lead times, but it allows for improved optimization across the value stream.
The Pennex casting division is an ISO 9001:2015 certified, state-of-the-art facility that uses common alloy type material to produce 7”, 8”, 9”, 10″, 12″, and 14” diameter billet in 1xxx, 2xxx, and 6xxx series aluminum alloys. Pennex believes in continuous improvement and as a result boasts a robust quality system. The current annual capacity is 200 million pounds with room for growth.
